«del Resegone», neof. agg. denom. da Serruchon (cfr. Sdc 381 e 385) che nella toponomastica gaddiana vale per «Resegone». Vd. la n(M) 165 in CdD 17, in cui si precisa la derivazione dello spagnolo «sega» più il suf. accresc.: Resegone; e cfr. anche Dossena 1970:86.
